Warehouse Manager – North West London

Our client is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead a team, ensuring efficient stock management, timely deliveries, and excellent customer service.

Location: North West London

Salary: £34,000 - £36,000

Hours:

1. Monday to Friday: 8am - 6pm
2. Alternate Saturdays (1 in 2): 8am - 1pm

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring stock accuracy and audit compliance.
2. Set and monitor team performance, providing training and support.
3. Maintain high service levels, scheduling deliveries to meet customer needs.
4. Ensure efficient stock handling, from inbound checks to outbound dispatch.
5. Uphold health & safety, operational processes, and compliance standards.

Key Requirements:

1. Proven experience managing a warehouse team.
2. Strong organisational and leadership skills.
3. Proficiency in systems such as Excel and SAP.
4. Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
5. Experience in a high-volume warehouse environment is desirable.
