We’re looking for a dynamic and dedicated individual to lead and build partnerships with our newly leased property in Coventry.

What it's like to work here
As a key part of the North Warwickshire team, you will report to the General Manager as well as have a dotted line to our Senior Project Manager for the urban strategy work. You will work closely with the Coventry Charterhouse property team.
Charterhouse is a Grade I listed, 14th century former monastery and is a Scheduled Monument heritage site of national importance. The site was founded in 1381 and includes the only surviving interiors from a medieval Carthusian monastery in the UK. The main building survived the Dissolution and was converted into a dwelling in the 1500s. It passed through several hands as a private dwelling throughout the following centuries, with notable inhabitants including Robert Dudley – a favourite of Queen Elizabeth I.
What you'll be doing
You will be responsible for leading co-production and co-creation of a year-round public engagement programme of visitor experiences within Charterhouse and in the heritage park. You’ll use your understanding of audience and community needs to build partnerships within Coventry which are mutually beneficial, delivering benefit to more people. You will work with the public and partners to create and evaluate partnerships, new networks and participation opportunities.
You’ll ensure that departments collaborate and build relationships with existing audiences and work to bring new audiences in.
Working with the property team, you’ll lead for developing an offer that is innovative, engaging and resonates with our local audiences. You will also support on growing our visitor numbers, ensuring we are maximising potential revenue streams and maintaining financial sustainability.
You’ll be confident with compliance, ensuring our site is safe and everything is in place for events, and be confident in producing risk assessments.
The role requires weekend, evening and bank holiday working.
