LX Hausys Europe GmbH is looking for an experienced London Specification Manager to join our growing team. You will be primarily responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with architects, designers, client specifiers, contractors, OEMs, shopfitters, and fabricators for the HIMACS brand.
Your main goal will be to develop a project pipeline of specifications that are followed through to completion, driving sales revenue.

As a London Specification Manager, you should be:
- Highly organized with strong territory planning capabilities.
- Analytical and able to assess your own performance while implementing strategies for improvement.
- A skilled communicator and presenter, technically competent and capable of professionally representing LX.
- Adept at fostering communication with customers and colleagues to build long-term business relationships.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Target leading architecture and design studios to promote HIMACS and generate specifications.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key client specifiers in targeted sectors to maximize brand awareness and generate sales revenue.
- Manage projects from concept to completion, working through various channels to influence decision-makers and resolve challenges.
- Collaborate closely with the UK Country Manager and the LX Hausys management team.
- Work alongside in-house project coordinators for UK, Ireland, and overseas projects.
- Recommend, develop, and coordinate activities to increase sales, primarily within the specification sector.
- Coordinate, participate in, and follow up on marketing plans for specific products and accounts, including trade fairs and PR activities.
- Work with distribution partners to integrate products with new and existing customers.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Product Development, Technical, Marketing, Communications, Customer Service, and IT.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports on activities, sales trends, key meetings, account development opportunities, issues, and competitor activities.
- Ensure adherence to administrative procedures, including operational use of CRM systems to maintain accurate records of projects and activities.
- Promote additional LX Hausys products where appropriate and involve relevant contacts.
- Manage responsibilities within allocated budgets and in accordance with company guidelines.
