No.1 Site Manager (Housebuilder) | Permanent | North West London

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 + car / allowance / package

Location: North West London

I have an excellent opportunity for a No.1 Site Manager to join an award-winning housebuilder on a permanent basis, working on a large residential scheme in North West London.

The company has been around for approximately 20 years and has evolved into one of the leading housebuilders in the country, with regional offices across the South East of England.

Their developments range from large family homes and luxury houses for growing families to city centre apartments. They are quality-focused and recognized as one of the leading, most trusted providers of quality homes throughout the UK.

They are looking for a No.1 Site Manager to oversee a phase of works comprising 35 units; a mix of traditional build houses and RC frame apartments, due to begin in October/November.

Experience:

• Track record working for a reputable housebuilder as a No.1 Site Manager
• RC frame / Traditional Build experience
• Excellent team player and man-manager able to motivate site teams
• Good longevity with previous employers
• Health & Safety conscious
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid
• Able to commute to North West London on a daily basis
