Job Summary

Manchester based, family office has need for an experienced and entrepreneurial residential property manager to support the principal of the business.

This role offers real variety, including:

  1. Assisting in the management of properties in the portfolio (residential)
  2. Assisting in the management of ongoing projects
  3. Liaising with accountants, lawyers, and other professionals, when required
  4. Maintain records on rent received, tenants, bills etc.
  5. Ad-hoc project work (research, contact finding, document preparation)
  6. General administrative duties (mail, errands, appointment setting, bookings)

The role is predominantly home based (Manchester) and requires someone who is a problem solver, proactive, hardworking, flexible, and an exceptional communicator.

Salary circa £30-£40,000 dependent upon experience.
