An excellent opportunity has arisen for a full-time Clinical Lead to join a small, friendly, and experienced veterinary team. Join a practice that is committed to both patient care and staff well-being. The Role:

This role is ideal for an experienced vet looking to take on a leadership position, guiding and inspiring the current team while shaping the future of the practice. The successful candidate will gain hands-on leadership experience, working closely with the Practice Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, with support from an expert regional team.

The Candidate:

The role requires a vet who is confident with sole charge and enjoys working as part of a close-knit team. There are no out-of-hours (OOH) requirements, and the practice is closed on Sundays. With a well-established and growing client base, a varied caseload is guaranteed, ensuring that no two days are the same.

Location & Lifestyle:

  • This opportunity is based in a charming seaside town, home to two award-winning beaches that offer stunning coastal walks. The area is rich in wildlife, with a nearby RSPB nature reserve home to puffins, gannets, kittiwakes, and guillemots. The surrounding countryside, including the Yorkshire Wolds and North York Moors, provides excellent opportunities for hiking and camping.
  • The practice itself is purpose-built, located less than a mile from the scenic seafront, with excellent transport links to nearby towns and cities. It is a Gold ISFM Cat Friendly Clinic and a Silver RWAF Practice, equipped with all the facilities expected in a busy general practice.
