Looking for an experienced Operational Risk Analyst. Ideal candidates will have a background in risk, compliance, or internal audit within industries like commodities, shipping, or bunkerage. Expertise in risk management frameworks is essential.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Implementing and supporting the Operational Risk framework.
2. Providing operational risk insights and industry best practices.
3. Acting as a deputy for the Operational Risk Manager.
4. Reviewing and improving policies to enhance risk awareness.
5. Investigating incidents and documenting improvement suggestions.
6. Developing and improving risk controls.
7. Preparing and presenting risk reports.
8. Ensuring system changes align with risk management frameworks.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

1. Proven experience in operational risk roles, preferably in commodity trading or bunkering.
2. Flexible, adaptable, and able to handle complex, undefined information.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships.
5. Management experience to lead and develop team members.
6. Knowledge of risk control processes and commodity trading operations.
7. IT skills, experience with ETRM systems, and BPMN process mapping.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Preferred: ACA/ACCA/CIMA or FRM/ERP/CFA.
