Carpenter Multi Trade

I'm looking for a Carpenter Multi for an ongoing contract working on void social housing properties around the south of Birmingham. A company van and fuel card is supplied from day one.

The Carpenter Multi will be working on Void properties, and work will include:

• Carpentry
• Basic Plumbing
• Tiling repairs
• Patch plastering
• Decorating works

Ideally, I'm looking for a Carpenter Multi that:

• Has experience working within social housing
• Has qualifications in Carpentry or experience in a carpentry repairs role
• Holds a full UK Driving Licence (a company van will be provided from day one)

And in return, the Carpenter Multi will receive:

• 23 per hour
• A company van and fuel card
• A minimum of 3 months work
• The opportunity for a permanent position within the business
