About the role:

1. Office and Site based - Ipswich
2. Running the day to day operations of the construction side of the business
3. Brought in to expand the company and take it to the next level - providing innovative and strategic ideas
4. Managing all Health and Safety
5. Reporting directly to the MD

About you:

1. Construction Director with extensive experience in Industrial factories
2. Must have great people management, client liaison and work ethic
3. Have a proven track record as a Construction Director - increasing profitability and efficiency within a business
4. Have connections that will allow you to help the expansion of the company
