If you are a multi-skilled maintenance engineer, please take a minute or four to read this; it may be attractive to you. This is relevant to true multi-skilled engineers, dual qualified, dual trained in electrical and mechanical disciplines.

This role offers a £70k package plus additional benefits, which is market-leading outside of London. However, you must be able to live and work in Shropshire.

You will be joining a global manufacturing leader with hundreds of engineers, maintaining assets that produce globally market-leading consumer products.

The facility features an automated fill-and-pack production on a large scale, working alongside 200+ engineers with cutting-edge processes and automation.

Key Responsibilities – Multi-Skilled Engineer

1. Service, adjust, and repair machinery and equipment using the necessary tools safely and properly.
2. Examine machinery and equipment, reporting on condition, performance, and planning improvements.
3. Carry out Planned and Preventative Maintenance to agreed schedules.
4. Share good ideas to form mini-projects to improve plant performance, including machinery modifications.

Qualifications & Requirements - Multi-Skilled Engineer

1. ONC - Multi-skilled Engineering Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or similar manufacturing.
2. HND or HNC diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
3. Equivalent experience in electrical or mechanical fields, preferably with a manufacturing background (FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Food and Beverage, Chemicals are welcome).
