A prestigious and well-established top 200 law firm based in Central London is currently looking for a Residential Property Partner to join their team.

The Role:

As a Residential Property Partner, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our residential property department. You will manage high-value transactions, develop strong client relationships, and contribute to the firm’s strategic vision. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior solicitor looking to take the next step into a leadership position or an established partner seeking a new challenge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading and developing the firm’s residential property department.
  • Managing a caseload of high-value residential transactions, including sales, purchases, lease extensions, and enfranchisement matters.
  • Advising HNWIs, investors, and developers on complex property matters.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships and generating new business.
  • Mentoring and supervising junior solicitors and support staff.
  • Working closely with other partners to drive firm-wide growth and innovation.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including AML and CQS standards.
Requirements
  • Qualified Solicitor with 5+ PQE in residential property.
  • Strong technical expertise in high-value and complex property transactions.
  • Proven track record of business development and client relationship management.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and commercial awareness.
  • A strong network of contacts within the London property market
