About the Role & Client

We are seeking a talented and passionate Product Designer to join a fast-growing client in the Crypto/Web3 space. In this role, you will be a key player in shaping the user experience of the client's innovative platform, which operates across iOS, Android, and Web. You will be involved in all stages of the product development lifecycle, from initial concept to final implementation.

The client product has started to see rapid growth. Between 2023/2024, the daily active users increased by 1.6%, the number of transactions increased X3, and revenue generated X3. They are backed by leading investors from Pinterest and Snapchat and are now scaling the team to keep up with demand.

Responsibilities:

• User Research and Analysis: Conduct user research, analyze user needs, and perform usability testing to inform the design of impactful features.
• Design and Prototyping: Create wireframes and prototypes to effectively communicate design solutions to cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketing.
• User Flows and Information Architecture: Design intuitive user flows and information architecture to ensure seamless navigation and interaction with our applications.
• Design System Contribution: Contribute to the development and maintenance of a cohesive design system that ensures consistency across all platforms.
• Industry Trends: Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in the Web3 space to continually enhance the user experience.
• Problem Solving: Lead the design process for complex challenges, transforming user insights and data into innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

• Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in product design, with a preference for candidates with experience in the Web3 or blockchain industry.
• Strong Portfolio: A compelling portfolio showcasing high-quality user experience and visual design work.
• Excellent Communication: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively advocate for design decisions.
• User-Centered Design: Passion for user-centered design principles and a deep understanding of UX and UI best practices.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Bonus Points:

• Active user of investment or fintech applications.
• Experience in creating and maintaining design systems.
• Experience working in a distributed team environment.
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
