Shifts Available: Days and Nights on rota basis - 40 hours per week
You should be a driver with access to your own vehicle due to working across Wigan and Chester.

What you’ll do
This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Rapid Response Care Assistant. You will have full training and clinical support to develop and improve skills in various complex areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, stoma care, and more! We care for and support people of all ages, in the community, and their homes, with Spinal Cord injury, Muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries, and many other complex needs. You’ll need to be willing to travel to various packages within a 100-mile radius and work on an on-call rota. Every day will be different, and you’ll never know what challenges you’re about to face next. One thing you can be sure of is that you’ll be making your clients’ days brighter while developing your skills and knowledge.
You must have previous complex care experience to apply for this role. This experience could include ventilation support, tracheostomy care, and peg feeding. We’re interested in people with compassion and the ability to care. You’ll need to be resilient too and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team.
