Community Podiatrist - NHS

Location: Knowsley

Contract Type: Locum ongoing contract

Pay Rate: £20 per hour

Shift/Working Pattern: Full time (Wed – Friday, 8.45am-5pm)

Duties of the Podiatrist:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and implementation of individual treatment plans for patients.
• Provide specialist podiatry input to all patients that fall within their specialist field of expertise.
• Actively promote self-management on all activities of daily living.

Requirements of the Podiatrist:

• Qualified podiatrist (Degree or equivalent within Podiatry).
• Recent experience within podiatry.
• Registered with the HCPC as a podiatrist to work in the UK.
• NHS experience would be advantageous but not essential.
• Must be able to undertake home visits.
• Must be a car driver.
• RIO experience would be useful.
