A young and ambitious MGA, Lloyd’s broker and coverholder organisation are searching for a new Client Operations & Relationship Manager.
Key Responsibilities 1. Pre-Onboarding & Due Diligence
Collaborate with the sales & business development team to ensure a smooth transition from deal closure to onboarding.
2. End-to-End Onboarding Process
Act as the primary point of contact for new MGA/scheme clients.
Work with internal teams (Finance, Tech, Operations, Compliance, Marketing) to ensure all processes are in place before go-live.
Develop and maintain a structured onboarding process.
