Hours: Monday to Friday, 9-5 PM, based across six locations in Central London.
Responsibilities:
Develop creative dishes, including seasonal specials, while working with existing ingredients.
Oversee operations, including ordering systems like MarketMan, supplier management, and supporting General Managers.
Ensure food quality, hygiene standards, and training across sites.
Collaborate with the franchisor team in the US on new menu items.
Train teams for new openings and optimize supplier relationships.
The role reports directly to the Operations Director and the business owner. It's a hands-on position ideal for someone experienced in fast-casual dining who thrives on creativity and operational excellence.
