The Employment Tax Senior Manager will be entrusted to lead, inspire, and develop this highly successful Employment Solutions tax team in Birmingham. This role demands a commercial and technically minded individual who will focus on high-level advisory. You will work to develop all aspects of the Employment Tax team and will be directly involved in the implementation and design of salary sacrifice and equity arrangements.

This role requires a creative and astute individual who is driven to progress and wants to make an impact in one of the most profitable areas of the practice. Strong leadership skills are essential, as well as a willingness to challenge the norm and bring an innovative flair to client advisory.
