Job Description

  • Preparing high-quality tender submissions that align with company standards and client needs.
  • Creating tailored Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for each opportunity.
  • Working with leadership to identify tender opportunities and support strategic bidding decisions.
  • Assisting with bid estimation to ensure competitive and accurate submissions.
  • Organising tender meetings and keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Developing and updating CVs and project sheets to highlight team and company expertise.
  • Conducting quality reviews, including formatting and proofreading in Microsoft Word and Adobe Suite.
  • Handling tender administration tasks, including template management, document control, and building a tender library.
  • Supporting general administrative duties to ensure team efficiency.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in preparing commercial construction tender submissions.
  • Must hold Australian Citizenship.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and experienced with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Estimating experience is highly advantageous.
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach with a focus on achieving high-quality results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
  • Proven success in producing and writing multi-million dollar winning tenders and proposals (experience in the construction sector is a plus).
  • Previous experience in marketing, content creation, or communications is highly valued.

A high standard of attention to detail and time management skills are imperative along with the ability to provide a high level of professionalism and customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
