The successful Legal PA will be joining a firm known for its supportive culture and a friendly, collaborative PA team. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate travel arrangements efficiently.
  2. Communicate with clients, schedule meetings, and maintain an up-to-date client database.
  3. Support fee earners with time recording.
  4. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate billing.
  5. Process invoices and expense claims.
  6. Manage diaries and organise meetings.
  7. Conduct conflict checks and assist with opening new files.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience as a Legal PA or Secretary within a corporate practice group at a law firm.
