What you can expect in the role of a Field Sales Advisor at Airband

1. Take ownership of your territory, attend local events, meetings, and fairs.
2. Develop good relationships with the community and identify their challenges to provide solutions that meet their needs.
3. Visit customers directly to gather information and find the best solution for their broadband requirements.
4. Identify the best connection method, whether Fibre or Wireless.
5. Foster customer relationships through further visits and telephone calls, encouraging referrals.
6. When adverse weather conditions arise, continue to build relationships over the phone, being pro-active and making calls to prospects and new customers.
7. Meet individual and team sales targets.

What you need to be considered for the role:

1. Previous Sales experience (essential)
2. Experience with Field, Outside, or door-to-door sales (beneficial)
3. Capable of building rapport with customers
4. Pro-active target-driven approach
5. Strong organisational skills
6. Flexible and adaptable to change
7. Great communicator who can also be an active listener
8. Be part of a dynamic team who can problem-solve and negotiate
9. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
