Job Title: Compliance & Training Support Co-ordinator (Deputy Manager)
Location: Sleaford, with travel to other homes required
Salary: £36,000 per annum + Car Allowance/Mileage

Job Summary:
Our client, a respected leader in elderly care services, is looking for a Compliance & Training Support Co-ordinator (Deputy Manager) to join their team. This key position offers the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of elderly residents while supporting the development and compliance of care services across multiple locations.
As the Compliance & Training Support Co-ordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the team adheres to regulatory standards and that all training requirements are met. You’ll be a key figure in assisting with staff training, monitoring compliance, and providing the necessary support for care teams across several care homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Deputy Manager in ensuring compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards and regulations across multiple homes.
- Coordinate and support the development and delivery of training programs to ensure staff maintain required certifications and competencies.
- Conduct audits and reviews to ensure care standards meet all legal, regulatory, and quality benchmarks.
- Support in the development and implementation of care home policies and procedures.
- Assist in the development and monitoring of care plans, focusing on quality improvements.
- Provide advice and guidance to staff on compliance-related matters.
- Travel to various care homes within the region, offering training support and compliance checks.
Essential Qualifications/Skills:
- Previous experience in a care home or health and social care sector, preferably in a management or compliance role.
- Strong understanding of Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams.
- A proactive approach with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Full UK driving license (due to travel requirements).
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Health and Social Care) or equivalent experience.
- Experience in elderly care and understanding of elderly care regulations.
- Knowledge of training management and delivery.
