What is the opportunity?
RBC Brewin Dolphin is looking for an Administration Manager to join our team on a 12 month maternity cover to manage the day-to-day administration for the team. The Administration Manager will also provide support to senior colleagues dealing with various tasks to ensure the smooth running of the team/office.
What will you do?
- Support Team Leaders by identifying their needs and delivering an efficient service.
- Ensure client processes and team objectives are communicated, understood, and adhered to by all team members.
- Manage a team, delegate effectively, provide feedback and actively support their development.
- Communicate changes and help team members to understand implications in order to respond to new demands.
- Communicate with Financial Advisers and clients.
- Prepare and process all new client documentation and amendments.
- Monitor transfers of assets/cash from other institutions.
- ISA subscriptions and transfers.
- Processing of payments clients.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- Ability to meet deadlines/work within restricted timescales.
- Clear and concise communication skills – oral and written.
Nice-to-have
- Previous management experience is preferred – additional training will be provided.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Word/Excel/Outlook preferred.
