The Technical Coordinator Role:

A premium national housebuilder that focuses on high-quality, thoughtfully designed homes in desirable locations has an exciting opportunity for a Technical Coordinator to join the team on private housing projects in the Oxfordshire region.

The Technical Coordinator will have excellent attention to detail, a stable track record of employment, and a proven track record of coordinating multiple house building projects at a time. The successful candidate will oversee projects at all stages from planning to completion.

To be considered for the Technical Coordinator position:

• House building background
• Degree qualified in construction or similar field (desirable)
• Minimum of 3 years experience as an Engineer, Architectural Technician or Design/Technical Coordinator
