Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Develop a full understanding of all relevant systems and tools to understand audience behaviour and consumption of TV, Video, Radio and Cinema
• Negotiate with various sales house teams to drive access to the top-performing environments for our target audiences
• Support your AV Manager to deliver outstanding work every time and meet all deadlines set by either the AV team, planning team and/or the client
• Work with the AV Manager to ensure that all KPIs and any audit specifics are achieved
• Keep abreast of changes within the AV marketplace and show proactivity and interest in client's and/or media owner's business, sharing category news and information with the wider AV team
• Deliver buying excellence across all campaigns, with a keen eye for detail
• Build positive relationships with junior planners and media owners

Qualifications

Knowledge and Skills:

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Account Executive who has a genuine hunger to continue growing their AV knowledge to become a fully-rounded and specialist AV Media Buyer.

• Experience in implementational planning and buying across AV platforms
• Firm understanding of market dynamics across all AV platforms
• Highly proficient in the use of buying systems (E.g. Caria, Prisma, MediaOcean, AddDynamics, TechEdge, Infosys, etc)
• Exposure to media audits will be desirable
• Solid understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite, with an advanced ability to use Excel, including formula construction and the ability to manage large data sets
• Experience in client presenting and client relationship building
• Strong proven ability to communicate both face-to-face and on the phone, with existing Media Owner relationships
