Job description

Are you passionate about training and development, with a knack for delivering engaging and effective learning experiences?

We are looking for a Divisional Retail Trainer 6 Month FTC to join our team, field based in East UK. If you have optical and training experience, this could be the perfect role for you!

In this role, you will deliver a comprehensive colleague training programme to stores across the East. You will manage stakeholders within stores and the support office, ensuring that training needs are met and performance is enhanced. By combining different learning techniques, you will provide an effective and engaging learning experience for all colleagues.

You will facilitate development topics and review the development needs across the stores, providing tailored solutions to build better performance. Working closely with the L&D team and RST team, you will attend and deliver content at national events, providing guidance and coaching to in-store trainers, to ensure stores achieve great performance. You’ll also work with the Apprenticeship Team to ensure OFSTED standards are adhered to, maintaining high standards of training and development.
