SMSTS / SSSTS Construction Project Manager

SMSTS / SSSTS Construction Project Manager required to join a 1-year project in the Exeter area ASAP.

Duties:

1. Tier 1 public building project management
2. Site Planning
3. Project coordination
4. Coordinating tradesmen

Pay rate: £380 - £400 per day; paid weekly CIS

Must have:

1. SMSTS / SSSTS
2. BLACK CSCS / WHITE CSCS / GOLD CSCS
3. FIRST AID
4. Tier 1 public building construction management

Contract Duration: 12 months work, possibly longer.

You must have at least 6 years of experience.
