About the Role: We’re hiring! Join our brand-new team of nine Women’s Health Specialists dedicated to launching an innovative first-in-class women’s health product. This is a rare opportunity to be at the forefront of a groundbreaking launch, making a tangible impact on patient care. As a Women’s Health Specialist focusing on menopause, you will drive the introduction of our pioneering treatment, working closely with General Practitioners (GPs), gynaecologists, endocrinologists, sexual health consultants, nurses, and pharmacists. Your goal is to improve patient pathways, enhance access to high-quality menopause care, and align with NICE (National Institute for Health and Care Excellence) guidelines. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, increasing market share, and championing the product within your territory. A key part of your role will be to engage and develop stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration of the product into local services. You will also identify and address barriers to access, influencing local treatment pathways, guidelines, and protocols. This is your chance to take ownership of your territory, working within a highly collaborative team and reporting directly to the Commercial Business Manager (CBM).
