We're looking for a Senior Customer Experience Manager to join us in Leeds.
This role will be responsible for driving commercial success across assigned customer accounts by increasing revenue through retention, cross-selling, and product adoption.
This involves implementing customer and marketing strategies, analysing customer data, and collaborating with various teams to meet customer needs and exceed expectations. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a passion for customer success, a commercial mindset, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
