Solicitor/ Associate - Property Litigation - Norwich with Hybrid working


Client
A successful, supportive and expanding UK law firm.


Role

  • Dealing with a broad range of clients including private individuals, landlords, tenants, and larger organisations in contentious property matters affecting commercial, residential, and agricultural land.
  • Running own matters as well as assisting more senior associates and partners with their cases.
  • Advising transactional colleagues on difficult property issues arising.
  • Interpretation and enforceability of restrictive covenants.
  • Advising on private nuisance and trespass.

You

  • 2-4 PQE in Property Litigation.
  • Ability to deal with a broad range of clients.
  • Excellent client relationship skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
