The core duties of the role involve preparing and submitting a range of reporting metrics and supporting other actuarial work within the department.

Key Duties (including but not limited to):
Prepare IFRS 17 results on a quarterly basis.
Develop Business Plan and ORSA on an annual basis.
Support the ongoing management of the business in other areas as necessary, e.g. model development, experience investigations, pricing, product development, and bonus setting.
Develop efficient reporting processes and strict controls around these processes.
Perform investigations using data science applications and present the results in an appropriate way for a range of stakeholders.
Communicate results to senior stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Recent graduate to part qualified student with an eagerness to broaden experience in Life Insurance.
Keen to progress with actuarial exams.
Some familiarity with data science software would be beneficial.
Life insurance experience welcome but not necessary.
