The Business Overview

We are on the hunt for 2 individuals who want to progress their career and gain a huge amount of exposure to the technology and digital markets. This is a hugely varying market, with clients across Finance, FMCG, Legal, and Renewables. You will be responsible for sourcing top talent across Software Engineering, DevOps, AI, and up to CTO level.

• Starting salary of £27k which rises with each promotion

The Day-to-Day of the Job

• Completing business development to win new clients across the tech markets
• Meeting with clients to fully understand the offering and their hiring requirements
• Sourcing top talent through headhunting
• Interviewing candidates and shortlisting them for your clients
• Managing and controlling the interview process, from initial prep calls, to negotiating the best contract for your candidate
• Consistently keeping up with market conditions and ensuring you are advising your network accurately
• Working towards individual and team targets
• Consistently adding to your network and following up on any leads

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience working in a client or customer facing role
• Financially driven- looking to progress quickly with clear financial goals
• Naturally inquisitive with the desire to gain excellent exposure to international businesses
• The want to win- previous competition within sports, debate, etc.
• Articulate and confident speaking with high-level individuals
