Job description

About Maihem

At Maihem, we’re on a mission to ensure AI benefits all of humanity by making it safe, aligned, and controllable in all real-world applications. As AI systems grow more autonomous, the risks of security vulnerabilities, unintended behaviors, and systemic failures present urgent challenges—yet most organizations lack the tools to test and deploy these systems adequately.

We’re changing that. Our AI-powered simulation platform lets companies stress-test and optimize the performance, security, and safety of their agentic AI systems. A CTO of a $10bn+ enterprise called Maihem “the most advanced AI testing and evaluation system we’ve seen.” That enterprise is now a customer, using our technology to build their agentic workforce responsibly.

Founded by AI researchers with PhDs from Oxford and Imperial College and backed by Y Combinator and a $6M seed round, Maihem is building a future where AI serves all of humanity safely. As our Senior Frontend/UX Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping this future, ensuring that our tools are intuitive, impactful, and ready to power the most advanced AI systems.
