Lead DevOps Engineer

What do you bring?

• At least 3 years of experience as a Senior or Lead DevOps Engineer.
• A background in Computer Science, IT, or Computer Engineering, or demonstrable hands-on experience.
• Experience in FinTech or payments (e.g., Payment Gateways, Issuers, Acquirers, or PCI-DSS compliance).
• Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
• Experience with GCP, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), security, and automation.
• Knowledge of tools such as Docker, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Prometheus, Grafana, and OpsGenie.
• Excellent communication skills and experience in stakeholder management.
• A passion for mentoring and building a strong, inclusive DevOps team.
