Hospital Porter

Hospital Porter required in Birmingham

Duties:

1. Transferring patients between various areas of the hospital.
2. Ensuring the safe movement of medical equipment.
3. Delivering bed linen to patient rooms.
4. General cleaning.
5. Giving meals to patients.
6. Delivering patient notes.

Requirements:

• Must have ENHANCED ADULT AND CHILD DBS.
• Must be able to provide full employment history from school leaving date.
• Must be able to provide full employment reference history.
• Must have experience in cleaning.
• Previous experience in hospital cleaning is preferable.

Shifts:

We are looking for someone who can work Monday to Friday and weekends occasionally. We need flexibility on hours; you could be working mornings, afternoons, and nights depending on the needs of the hospital.

About You:

1. Able to work well in a team - can support others around you to ensure tasks are completed.
2. Can work well individually.
3. Able to follow instructions.
4. Previous experience within cleaning and/or working within a hospital setting.
5. Must be reliable.
