An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and well-qualified individual to lead one of our most popular departments bringing energy and dedication to setting a vision for Economics and Business within the school.
Leading by example, you will promote excellence in teaching and learning to ensure all pupils develop their potential through the planning and delivery of high quality, innovative and engaging lessons whilst ensuring high performance standards are achieved and maintained across the department.
You will be responsible for the department's extra-curricular activities, giving pupils the opportunities to enter various enterprise competitions, as well as promoting further extension reading and discussion by the pupils whilst ensuring they keep abreast of current affairs to help bring this information into their lessons and develop their ideas.
If you have excellent leadership skills, in addition to experience teaching GCSE and A level, we would be delighted to hear from you.
