Senior Sales Director (UK/EU Region) – Digital Product Engineering

We’re working with a global digital product engineering services company that is expanding its footprint in the UK and EU region.

They are looking to appoint a Senior Sales Director to lead regional growth efforts, targeting enterprise clients across sectors with a focus on custom software development, digital transformation, and offshore delivery. This is a high-impact role, reporting directly to the senior leadership team, with full ownership of the UK/EU sales function.

Key Responsibilities

1. Own and drive end-to-end sales: lead generation, qualification, proposals, negotiation, and closure
2. Build a robust sales pipeline through outbound, inbound, and account-based strategies
3. Sell complex digital solutions with India-based offshore delivery
4. Manage stakeholder relationships across C-level executives and delivery teams
5. Deliver proposals, presentations, and RFPs aligned to client needs
6. Collaborate with presales, marketing, and leadership to align go-to-market efforts
7. Represent the company at key industry events and networking opportunities

Who We’re Looking For

1. 15+ years in sales, with 5+ years selling offshore services in the UK/EU region
2. Proven track record of exceeding targets and closing high-value enterprise deals
3. Excellent communicator, able to engage and influence C-level decision-makers
4. Strong proposal and presentation development skills
5. Experience working closely with India-based engineering teams is essential
