We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Legal Cashier to join the dynamic team remotely. There is ample opportunity for career progression with the company thriving and experiencing year on year growth.

The position can be fully remote and we're looking for someone who resides in Scotland.

Legal Cashier Responsibilities:

1. Financial Transactions: Efficiently handle all financial transactions, including client and office account payments, receipts, and transfers.
2. Compliance: Ensure compliance with the Law Society of Scotland Accounts Rules or SRA Accounts rules and other relevant regulations.
3. Bank Reconciliations: Conduct daily and monthly bank reconciliations for multiple client accounts.
4. Ledger Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client ledgers.
5. Reporting: Generate monthly financial reports and assist in the preparation of annual accounts.
6. Client Support: Provide exceptional financial support and guidance to our clients, ensuring smooth and efficient financial operations.

Qualifications:

1. Strong numerical skills, high attention to detail, and proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. A strong basis knowledge and passion to learn more!
