The role will require you to manage and facilitate the maintenance and development of the Children and Young Peoples Public Health Directorate (CYPPHD) digital offer. The Post Holder will take a key role in the organization and direction of digital programs across the directorate, supporting the Trust's vision for digital transformation, enabling integrated care and improved patient and staff experience. Leading on digital approaches to delivering services, communication, and information to clients is integral to this role.
The post holder will be a digital subject expert ensuring the highest standard of digital delivery meeting current NICE evidence-based standards and providing support and professional direction to 0-19 colleagues.
The post will ensure effective working relationships with digital thematic leads and digital champions in locality areas. The post holder will line manage the Project Support Officers within the directorate, acting as the interface with the digital provider and key partners in order to maximize the impact of HDFT digital capabilities.
