We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to support our clients’ high-profile operations programme. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth project delivery, managing logistics, and liaising with stakeholders to keep operations running efficiently.

This position is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide programme support to ensure project milestones are met.
2. Oversee coordination of infrastructure, security, training, IT, and compliance needs.
3. Track project timelines, risks, budgets, and subcontractor performance.
4. Maintain key documentation, ensuring audit and regulatory requirements are met.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to align operational needs with project goals.
6. Manage reporting and performance data.

What You’ll Need:

1. Strong background in project or programme management.
2. Experience in engineering, construction, aviation or project-based industries.
3. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
6. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
