  6. Staying informed about global HR and Healthcare trends to contribute insights that enhance the value proposition of CIPD Employer Solutions.
  7. Acting as a client advocate within CIPD, providing feedback and insights to shape the development of future products and services.
  8. Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness and impact of CIPD solutions, ensuring continuous improvement and client success.

What you’ll need to be successful

  2. Track record of building key accounts within a professional services/B2B environment.
  3. Proficiency in all aspects of the sales cycle, including qualifying accounts.

  6. Understanding the role the People Function can play in an organisation’s success.
  7. Experience in producing quality customer proposals and commercial deals, covering multiple services over longer term contract periods.
