You’ll be joining our Central Operations team within our Support Centre in Kearsley (M26 1GG).
- The role is permanent and full-time.
- A flexible hybrid role to be based in our Support Centre in Kearsley ideally 2 days per week for project needs.
- Occasional travel to practices per project requirements with any travel expenses covered.
- Working with an experienced team and being a part of exciting new growth projects across the business.

- With an onsite mini market shop and casual seating space inside and outside (for the sunnier days).

Your future, your role
As a Project Manager, you’ll be:
- Maintaining and flexing a portfolio of projects that will deliver strategic business benefits.
- Developing project plans, designing and monitoring performance measures.
- Playing a fundamental role in working and influencing stakeholders in the business and clearly articulating prioritisation/risks of initiatives.
- Working under high pressure and tight deadlines.
- Maintaining close working relationships with both the field and the finance team, to understand at all times the financials on all projects within the portfolio.
- Defining simple reporting of complex financials on projects that allows the senior leadership team to make quick decisions.

Experience Required
- 2+ years in projects/programmes in a similar multi-site environment.
- Personally managed a portfolio of projects successfully.
