Site Manager - New Build Housing

Permanent

Location: Edinburgh

Salary: £52,000 - £62,000 + benefits package

Your New Employer:
Having an abundance of awards to their name, this 5* National House Builder has a UK-wide reputation for building some of the highest quality homes in the country. Due to natural expansion, they have a requirement for an additional Site Manager to join their operations team on a permanent basis. You should be an energetic and driven Site Manager with demonstrable experience in a similar capacity for another leading housebuilder.

Your New Role:
You will become a key member of the management team, delivering a new build housing development in Edinburgh.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Plan and organise labour on site, including Sub Contractors.
2. Experience of working to the highest NHBC standard.
3. Ensure all resources are used efficiently on site.
4. Keeping site records and registers up to date.
5. Keep records and maintain electronic filing system.
6. Ensure the site is a safe and tidy place to work and visit.
7. Quality Control.
8. Authorising timesheets for trades and labour.
9. Maintaining high levels of safety standards on site.

Key Criteria:

1. CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid tickets.
2. Demonstrable experience as a Site Manager with another leading housebuilder.
3. Proven experience of meeting deadlines and keeping costing guidelines.
4. Applicants must live within commuting distance of Edinburgh to be considered.
