Senior Specifications Advisor

This Senior Specifications Advisor opportunity is a home-based role and offers you the opportunity to work for one of the industry's leading regulatory organisations; to check and approve specifications and artwork for the food manufacturing industry. This is a contract position with 6 month and 12 month opportunities available.

THE ORGANISATION
This is an integral role for a highly regarded international regulatory partner, providing the food industry - including leading retailers and market-leading manufacturers, with world-class regulatory, product information and compliance mentoring, guidance and support, locally in the UK and internationally.

The Role
As Senior Specifications Advisor your role will include:

1. Specification and pack copy review
2. Artwork review
3. Formulation review
4. Regulatory developments and adaptations

ABOUT YOU
We are keen to speak to people about this Senior Specifications Advisor role who have the following skills and experience:

1. Demonstrable experience working with retailers in a technical, quality or regulatory role within a food manufacturing environment
2. In-depth technical knowledge, including codes of practice, policies and guidance
3. Practical experience using specification or artwork systems and packages
4. A keen eye for detail and a high level of understanding of legal labelling requirements and production information
5. Consistently work at pace and to a high level of accuracy
6. Confidence to explain decisions to others
7. Fluency in English with excellent oral and written communication

In return you will receive a salary of up to £43,000 pa depending on experience.
