Role Description:

We are looking for a skilled, part-time remote Seamstress to assist with both production and sample-making for Cold On A Sunday. You will help bring our distinctive designs to life by crafting high-quality, durable garments. This role involves sewing, cutting, and altering garments based on specific patterns and instructions, and collaborating with our Manchester-based team to meet our high standards of quality and authenticity.

Responsibilities:

1. Produce garments to Cold On A Sunday's specifications, ensuring consistent quality in every piece.
2. Construct sample pieces for upcoming collections, collaborating with the design team to refine fit, finish, and functionality.
3. Maintain high standards of craftsmanship, including single-stitch, overlock, and specialized stitching techniques to meet design details and durability requirements.
4. Manage remote communication and workflow with the production team, delivering pieces within agreed timelines.

Qualifications:

1. Proficient in garment construction, sewing techniques, and pattern-making, with experience in tailoring and alterations a plus.
2. Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination to maintain high quality and precision.
3. Skilled in working with various fabrics and materials, especially cotton drill and other quality materials used in Cold On A Sunday designs.
4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions accurately and manage remote coordination.
