Our client, a leading Chartered CIAT Practice in Blackburn, is on the lookout for a talented Architectural Technologist to join their growing team. What You’ll Bring:

1. Experience: Minimum 3 years post-graduate experience in architectural practice.
2. Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Revit (essential) and AutoCAD (advantageous).
3. Regulation Knowledge: Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing.
4. Qualifications: Degree in Architectural Technology, MCIAT (or working towards it), or RIBA.
5. Transportation: Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential).
