Duties:

• Ensure that the fabric and grounds maintenance is carried out to meet and exceed expectations, and agreed service level agreements.
• Respond to Building fabric and grounds emergency repairs as needed and assist colleagues and the team where required.
• Undertake the reactive maintenance generated via the help desk as well as completing PPM.
