IKEA Leeds are looking for a new Unit Business Risk & Compliance Leader to join their team!
In this role you will ensure a holistic and proactive safety and security risk handling for respective Markets. Making sure Area priorities are well accepted & understood by the Market stakeholders to lead and develop a proactive and comprehensive agenda of a healthy working environment, mitigating risks and ensuring that all Unit BR&C responsible identify, assess and proactively handle those risks at a local level.
The Start Date of employment will be: April 2025
This role offers a salary starting from £27,956 per annum, based on competence & experience.
39 Hours working 5 days per week, shifts will include evenings and alternative weekend working.

For this role it is desirable that you have a NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent qualification. If you do not have the qualification already IKEA can support you with this however you are willing to undertake the necessary study.
