The Role – Corporate Tax Partner

As a Corporate Tax Partner, you will:

• Deliver 100% advisory-focused corporate tax services to UK and international clients.
• Work with owner-managed businesses, private clients, and corporate entities, advising on exit planning, remuneration strategies, share schemes, and corporate restructuring.
• Lead M&A transactions, private equity tax matters, and international group structuring projects.
• Develop new business opportunities, crafting bespoke tax solutions and winning high-value clients.
• Work closely with the firm’s leadership team, shaping strategic growth and expanding service offerings.
• Inspire and mentor future tax leaders, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Who We're Looking For

• ACA/CTA qualified with 9+ years’ corporate tax experience, ideally in a Top 50 firm.
• A track record of winning new business and building strong client relationships.
• Expertise in M&A, international tax structuring, and private equity taxation.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and onboard new clients.
• Ambition, drive, and a strategic mindset—ready to step up and make a lasting impact.
