Longfield Academy

Pay: £92 - £97 (daily)

The Supply Register is currently working in partnership with the Leigh Academies Trust and Longfield Academy to find an experienced and dedicated Cover Supervisor. This exciting opportunity is perfect for a Cover Supervisor looking to make an immediate impact in the classroom. The successful Cover Supervisor will join a dynamic and supportive team, ensuring smooth lesson delivery in the absence of regular teachers. Responsibilities

1. Ensure pupils are engaged in lessons and are completing their work as necessary
2. Manage pupils' behaviour and ensure they are displaying appropriate behaviour
3. Ensure pupils safety both in and out of the classroom
4. Record and report any incidents that may take place

Requirements

1. Previous experience in an education or childcare role is essential
2. Must have the Right to Work in the UK
3. Must hold an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or be willing to process one
4. Must be able to provide a minimum of 2 references covering the last 2 years of employment
