Part 2 Architectural Assistant

Conrad Consulting have partnered with our clients to recruit a Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their Kent Office.

My Clients are recognised as one of the most outstanding practices with a long-standing reputation within the Architectural Industry. They have received numerous awards within their studio, with a steady stream of high-profile projects. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their team and develop their career working with one of the UK's largest Architectural practices.

In this role, you will be collaborating closely with the design team to deliver high-quality drawings, documentation, and visualisation to assist the practice with the Early RIBA stages. Initially, the focus will be on large-scale projects nationwide, spanning various sectors including Mixed-use regeneration and Master planning.

Requirements for the Part 2 Architectural Assistant

1. UK Masters Degree in Architecture and wanting to work towards Part 3
2. Proven design and presentation skills
3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively
4. Experience with earlier RIBA design stages
5. Strong communication skills
6. Proficiency in REVIT and Adobe software essential
7. Experience in 3D modelling and visualisation software such as Rhino, SketchUp and Enscape
8. Experience working within a UK Architectural practice
9. Confidence to work within a client-facing role
10. Pro-active, motivated and forward-thinking mindset

On offer for the successful Architectural Assistant will be a salary likely in the region of £28,000 - £34,000 dependant on experience, genuine hybrid and flexible working arrangements, support working towards part 3 qualifications, and a generous benefits package.
